Fish fry

fish fry

Ingredients

fish pieces 4
onion 1 medium size
cloves 10
elcahi 2
cumin seeds 1 spoon
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
turmeric 1/4 spoon
salt to taste
red chillie powder 1 spoon
oil 5 spoons



Method

wash fish pieces with plenty of water adding crystal  salt(1 spoon)and turmeric(1 spoon).
cut onions into medium size pieces
1.add cloves,elachi,cumin seeds,onion pieces and ginger garlic paste in a  mixie jar and make a fine paste.
2.add this paste in a mixing bowl .
3.add turmeric ,salt,red chille powder and mix all very well.
4.apply this paste on  surface of fish pieces.keep aside for 30 to 45 minutes.fish may be absorb salt and spiciness. if you have no time  to marinate , you can fry immediately .but marinated fish gives more taste. 
5.heat oil in a pan.
6.after 45 minutes remove paste on fish pieces which is apply on before.
7.keep the masala paste aside.
8.after heating the oil add fish pieces .donot leave any masala paste on fish surface that can be change the colour of fish  even not fried properly.
9.fry the fish (shallow fry) in low flame.5 minutes  may be taken.
10.if one side become dark brown colour turn to another side.
11.in low flame or medium flame helps to fries fish innerly.
12.fry all pieces like this.keep all fried fishes aside.
13.finally add   masala  paste in  that oil and fry till it become brown shade.
14.add this  fried masala paste on fish pieces.
15.very tasty and fried fish fry is ready.
