mutton soup preparation
Ingredients


mutton bones 1/4 kg
onion 1
green chilies 4
tomato 1
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
turmeric 1/4 spoon
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1 spoon
cloves 5
elachi 1
cinnamon 1 inch
ghee 1 spoon
water 3 cups
coriander leaves some



Method

mutton bones should have some flesh also.that type of bones are suitable for soup.
wash bones with water.
1.add mutton bones,salt ,turmeric,red chilie powder or pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,onion ,green chilli pieces and tomato pieces, small bay leave,3 cups of water in a cooker and cook until 5 whistles.
2.then put flame in low and cook until 5 whistles .
3.add ghee in  pan.
4.after heating the ghee add cloves,elachi and cinnamon and fry for 20 seconds.put off the flame.
5.add this in mutton soup.
6.taste for salt and spiciness is enough or not.
7.if not add more salt and pepper powder.
8.finally add coriander leaves.
very healthy and tasty mutton soup is ready......
