spicy fish gravey curry

fish curry
Ingredients


fish 5 pieces
oil 2 spoons
onion 1  medium size
green chillies 4
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
turmeric 1/4 spoon
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1 spoon
cloves 5
elachi 2
cinnamon 1 inch
coriander seeds 1 spoon
poppy seeds 1 spoon
cashew nuts 10
coriander leaves some
coconut  small piece



Method

wash fish properly with plenty of water with crystal salt and turmeric.
add turmeric ,salt,red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste to fish pieces.keep them aside.
cut onion and green chilli into small pieces.
1.add oil in a pan.
2.after heating the oil add onion  and green chilli pieces and fry .
3.when onions turn into golden colour add fish pieces .and cook for some time in low flame.
4.do not stir fish pieces .it may be become paste.
5.add cloves,elachi,cinnamon,coriander seeds   in a mixie jar make a fine powder.
6.then add poppy seeds , coconut pieces and  cashew nuts and make fine powder.
7.add 1/4 cup of water in it make a fine paste.
8.add this paste when water is coming from the fish.
9.only move the pan .donot stir the curry .fish pieces are very delicate.they may be broken into small pieces.
10.water in the curry totally evoparated add  1/4 cup of water and cook for only 2 to 3 minutes.
11.finally add coriander leaves.put off the flame.
12.any fish curry finish quickly not like other non veg curries (meat).
